Returns on any new purchase from KBTack.com:

            ~ within 14 days of receipt 

            ~original shipping and handling, return shipping costs, and/or taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE on returned items.
            ~All items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. 
            ~When an item is returned for a full refund and free shipping was applied to the original order we will deduct our shipping costs from the total purchase price.

  •             ~We do not accept returns on used, misused or incomplete items
  •             ~Used items are SOLD AS IS. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. This includes saddles, consignment items and any other used merchandise sold at KBtack.com
  •             ~No trials are permitted on saddles

  • Exchanges on any new purchase from KBTack.com

  •             ~Processed as a return only. 
  •             ~You can purchase the correct color/size item at your convenience. 
  •             ~The returned item will be refunded per guidelines above.
